Egg Sandwich

Egg Sandwich
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 large onion, peeled & cut into 3/4-inch pieces (If you want; I chose not to have a veggies in my eggs this time.)
  • 1-2 large bell peppers, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces* (If you want)
  • Olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Bun

Toss the onions & peppers with olive oil in a pan to saute, then season with salt and pepper.Beat eggs until mixed well.Scramble eggs until they are finished. Place eggs on roll and serve.
